[ ] bootstrap main meta issue (big picture with milestones and goals, and list challenges, topics)
[ ] bootstrap some main big topics
[ ] set Michael as mod of the repo
[ ] Link from monorepo
[ ] explain to core team so they are aware of this place to have official discussions on those topics
[ ] Make sure to link with hackerspace, atomone, gno repos and roadmap repos
