[misc/logos] context & next steps #454

Some people ask what is the misc/logos folder about.

It's an attempt to create a secure and stable browser for the web3, but without the web2.0. This new browser would embrace Gnolang's philosophy and potentially influence some choices we'll make in terms of rendering and output management (see #439).

Current state: not a priority.

This issue can be used to discuss the idea and share links to related resources.
