Add README + GH repo tidy #4

Description

This issue concerns creating a README about the project, as well as setup instructions.

Additionally, it also encompasses changing the repo description and adding sensible tags.

Fixed in the last few commits to main. I will switch to making PRs from now on, even for small updates.
