Provide references to other integration parts #207

Now "About this Add-on" section says:

GNOME 3 theme for Firefox — Previously known as "Adwaita"

Also if you visit AMO and type "GNOME" in search box, there will be all needed GNOME integration stuff on the first page, but if you unlucky to type "GNOME 3", leads to this extension and HTitle only.

My suggestion is reccomending collection of GNOME integration parts in "About this Add-on" section and pointing to a Wiki for "Supported extension list".

Also I do not find GNotifier to be a part of collection. Not sure about Firefox not supporting native notifications on every distro.

Yep, now I think I should explain myself.

I closed issue, as a dup of #151, but now I am not sure if action was wise.
