add about dialog #157

adding a glade file for the about dialog. credits taken from the wiki page https://wiki.gnome.org/Music

Missing contributors: Arnel, Sai, Shivani, Fidencio, Manish, Nacho, Giovanni (not sure if which or all of them should be there). We might also need to add Cesar who built the original vala code. I think you should move the designers to their own group: McCann, Jakub, Allan.

Also, the exception for gstreamer is not in the license.

For authors we should read AUTHORS file - it contains the latest list of contributors from git shortlog

The designers are in the artists group. Should I move them to authors?

the AUTHORS file is empty for me

in pitivi we have a link to ohloh in the about dialog. this would be this one https://www.ohloh.net/p/gnome-music/contributors

should i add the whole contents of COPYING to the ui file?
