Menu items or key bindings to toggle window border and titlebars

It would be great if there were a menu item or key binding to:

• toggle (hide / show) the window border. I am not sure if this is possible.
• toggle (hide / show) the titlebars.

Reasons: The idea is to maximise the terminal spaces, within the window.

I mostly don't need the window border, but when it is hidden, it is impossible to resize or move the window.

The same for the titlebars: when they are hidden, it is impossible to move the terminal within the window(s).

What I am not sure about is whether all titlebars should be toggled or an option to toggle the titlebar per terminal.

It could be a toggle to hide the window border and all titlebars and to restore them all. Similar to maximise a terminal and restore it.

Perhaps it makes sense to hide the titlebar when maximising a terminal anyway?
