Error: "Cannot read property 'fromV3' of undefined" when importing account keystore #309

I was using the latest .exe build linked on Github (1.6.0). This error was received on a Surface Book 2, Windows 10 Pro, v 10.0.17134

I tried this on 2 different Windows PCs and received the same error, then did the exact same process on a Macbook Air and it worked fine. Same keystore, same pass.
