Cannot select account in offline mode. #33

With the linux desktop version if you start it up in offline mode, you are not able to select an account.
Connecting it to the internet allows for account selection(the blue tinted dropdown of accounts), which remains once you disconnect, however on a machine that is air gapped, you are unable to ever select an account to sign with since you never are connected.

This is an example of what I see when I open the desktop version of the wallet on a native linux machine, that is disconnected from the internet. There is no ability to select an account, unless the machine is brought online

Hi @pelsasser , please check out the latest v1.3.6 (https://github.com/gnosis/MultiSigWallet/releases/tag/v1.3.6) version which fixes that issue.

Best, Giacomo
