Remove Gnosis Safe gas estimation service #1531

Description Gas estimation service from Gnosis Safe has been deprecated.

It needs to be replaced. Afaik, we just use it for the Ether flow, to estimate the remaining operations we can do with the ETH after wrapping.

This task is somewhat related to other gas task that would be good to do together:
