Includes a few new subsections with "plain english" description of some processes.

This could also include information regarding request and process exits, but I wanted to get some feedback on whats here already before continuing.

Maybe you can shift your high level description of the deposits into the right section

@josojo I think, after todays discussion, that this high level description actually fits well in the part of the specification. Would you agree? @oliverbeige can we get your input on this?
