No FE validation for amounts fields in certain cases

Cases:

• [ ] Fill in the fields with a negative number
• [ ] fill the fields with '0.' value
• [ ] fill in the fields with letters
• [ ] fill the field with special symbols
• [ ] with a value = 0.00001 (min allowed is 0.0001)

AR: Build transaction button is disabled, however, there is no validation message in the fields

AR: Build transaction button is enabled, however, error in the console appears when click on it

AR: Build transaction button is disabled, however, there is no validation message in the fields. It would be nice to allow to enter decimal numbers that start with period
