Fixes #177

Fixed all HTML warnings I could find Also fixed some stale state issues.

To Test

1. Open the app
2. Before any tab finishes loading, click away to another tab

• [ ] There should be no HTML errors on the console
• [ ] There should be no react stale state errors on the console
