Describe the bug I Can't sync with Authenticator in iPhone. When I click "Sync With Authenticator" in the menu section, I get an error message saying: "The operation couldn't be completed. (Common.HTTPClient.Error error 0.)"

To Reproduce

  1. Click on the Safe app on iPhone
  2. After face recognition and getting inside, click on "Menu" button
  3. Click on "Sync With Authenticator"
  4. (the error message will pop up)

@RockmanR did you change your phone recently? Or did you recover it from iCloud? If you did, then your phone key is different now. It means you would need to remove this safe from your phone and to recover it with a recovery phrase. During the recovery process, you could pair your browser extension. But you should be aware that we stopped our development of browser extension (as well as the legacy Safe app). Our recommended way of using Safe is a web interface. We will also release a new mobile app shortly.

Thanks for the clarification, yes that might be the case. In this case, it would be better to just wait for the new mobile (iOS) app. is there any tentative time for the release?

@RockmanR it should be available this week. But it will be read-only in the beginning. So if you want to interact with your safe, we recommend you to load it to the web-interface. Here is the article how you can do it https://help.gnosis-safe.io/en/articles/4100585-how-to-use-your-legacy-mobile-gnosis-safe-with-the-safe-multisig-web-interface
