Animated NFT Title #47

Fix for #25

Adds svg based animation for the title element. With this we can handle titles up to ~30-40 characters with the sweet spot being between 20 - 35 characters.

Should we maybe repeat the title? Currently, the title space appears empty for quite a while. We could render it repeatedly using some separator symbol so you always see some part of the name.
