Should be able to disconnect wallet once connected. #80

I've prototyped this out here:

Prototype Component styles

Basically, if the wallet is connected, we can have a very simple menu (not really a menu, since it's just one item hah) show below the address on hover. Clicking anywhere on the address or menu item will immediately disconnect the connected wallet.
