[Reality Module] Informe the user of errors and status after clicking submit #128

When the user clicks submit on the review step there are a lot of things going on in the background.

Should we inform the user about what is going on?

At the least, we need to inform the user if anything has gone wrong and if so what?

The plumbing should be ready. The current status is exposed to the UI.
