Closed #118

This PR contains the following improvements:

[x] Create the backend method that checks if the open zeppelin credentials are valid
[x] Validate the open zeppelin credentials calling the backend method created
[x] Show the status of the validation
[x] Disabled the next button until the user completes the minimum required fields
[x] Add the monitoring section to the review screen and populate all the fields
