[Reality Modules] Encourage the user to set safe values

Use sensible defaults and encourage the user to set safe values for oracle question, timeout, cooldown, and expiration.

It should look like this:

Timeout

• default: 2 days
• warning: < 2 days
• minimum (not possible to proceed if it's lower): 1 Day

Cooldown

• default: 2 days
• warning: < 2 days
• minimum (not possible to proceed if it's lower): 0

Expiration

• default: 7 days
• warning: < cooldown + 5 days
• minimum (not possible to proceed if it's lower): 0 || < cooldown + 1 day
