Update Vercel deployment and environment variable for Github Workflows #138

Fixes #126

@samepant: I see that the Vercel deployment says the deployment environment is production for updates to master. Is it possible to create a dev environment where it publishes from master and a separate production environment only for new releases? If we get this updated, then we need to add/update the REACT_APP_BACKEND_API_URL variable in the GitHub workflows.
