Use the RPC provider provided by the Safe and updated dependencies #157

Fixes #90 and a cascading set of dependencies.

This was started in response to a user getting an error regarding the rate-limiting of a public RPC. Rather than putting on a bandaid, I fixed the root issue. This process also led to the update of all gnosis dependencies.

This update will also be handy when adding support to more chains.
