Add a warning to Reality Modules that are configured with unsafe values #187

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is no indication in the UI that a Reality Module is badly configured.

Describe the solution you'd like In the module list, add a warning to Reality Modules that are configured with values that are identified as unsafe.
