feat: kleros module has monitoring

Add a feature

Divides the Kleros Reality Module deployment into two steps (to ensure users read the yellow warnings). Allows optional monitoring with OpenZeppelin Sentinel.

Please do not merge the PR yet, I am relying on CI/CD to test this feature out. I will add a comment confirming I request it to be pulled.
