Sluggish Queue Clearing in UI -- Can't Execute Ownership Update #59

It's taken >30 minutes (sometimes even 1 hour) for the UI to update that a txn has executed, even though it's marked as sent. Can't execute further transactions or queue further safe ownership change transactions b/c the numbers are wrong. image

@snackman you may be looking for a different repository, as this issue does not relate to the Zodiac Safe App. The Safe team is really active on stack overflow.
