name expansion discrepancy #477

Taking the example page en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Categories_for_discussion/Log/2019_February_21 a screen shot of the mediawiki page is exp1 There are three links (I have indicated two of them - the third follows the second) Taking the first of those links The wikitext is [[WP:G7]] The on screen display is WP:G7 The hover (title) is Wikipedia:G7 And the link is /wiki/Wikipedia:G7

Taking xowa The on screen display is Wikipedia:G7 The hover (title) is Wikipedia:G7 And the link is /wiki/WP:G7

The link should be expanded and the on screen not

A difference is one link has an anchor (#) that seems to cause different behaviour

Thanks for the detailed breakdown. The first issue should be a simple change. The second issue is probably harder as the anchor behavior always seems counter-intuitive.
