Hello, the Wikis at the download center are pretty old. Are there any plans to update them?

Download Central is not serviced currently. You can find some newer wikis at https://archive.org/download/Xowa_enwiki_latest and at https://archive.org/download/Xowa_enwiki_2020-08 For these you simply download and unzip and place into proper wiki folders. You can also import current 2021 dumps directly from Wikimedia--see #844. Also notice #848.
