i guess we need to merge in and got rid of one of them

or, if the intention is to preserve original ST readme, mb to rename it like st-readme.txt or so

the intention is to preserve original and match upstream location, should they change the contents of it (seamless mergin'). it's just a nice coincidence that github picked readme.org to show over README
