Heya!. Was looking at the code and issue lists trying to figure out how to apply the boxdraw patch and stumbled into issue #54 which looked easy enough. I basically copy/pasted all the relevant lines from the patch and gave it a quick test run.

Unrelated: I'll probably either ping you or log an issue to get the boxdraw patch working if I can't figure it out on my own xD.

please make it configurable via xrdb (XResources db)

Right, good point, forgot to consider that. I'll figure out how to do it haha... the patch doesn't have a flag to configure it through config.h so need to take a closer look at the code for that.

thanks for your patch @nreymundo ! but I think it would be better to recommend unclutter to people interested in the hidecursor effect, so I'm closing this
