This adds ALT Linux to the list of distributions, containting xsd. Package is published by me - https://packages.altlinux.org/en/sisyphus/srpms/xst

This is very, very strange. What browser do you use? Which country? Please check if you can download rpm directly from the repository:

http://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/Sisyphus/x86_64/RPMS.classic/xst-0.7.1-alt1.x86_64.rpm
