docs: scaffolding tutorial 3 #168

Hey folks, it's 3 AM here and I got the presentation tomorrow. I'd like to get some shut-eye, and maybe have some time to prepare in the morning; could you continue work on this and finalize it and test it out?

I can whip out some slides tomorrow morning (if you want to do some drafts I'd appreciate that, I'm going to be tight on time), but one thing I would appreciate is if you could figure out a video to add to the "tutorial" sections to show on how to access gitpod, and get started following the tutorial side by side.
