These two parameters, which are associated with "GPS L2C," are as follows:

delta_omegaDot.
I have observed that these parameters are members of the "eph" structure.
With all due respect, my initial question pertains to the methodology employed for retrieving these two parameters. Are they directly extracted from the RINEX data, or is there an alternative method used?
