Increase several test tolerances #61

Patch applied to the Debian package. Needed for building on a x86_64 AVX-512 machine with Octave 7.3.0 and OpenBLAS 0.3.21.

I updated the patch to add more tolerance increases. Needed for building on other architectures (arm64, i386, ppc64el, s390x).
