Message sending global functions #3

Adds support & tests for the NewtonScript message sending global functions (see Issue #2): Apply(), Perform(), PerformIfDefined(), ProtoPerform(), and ProtoPerformIfDefined(). Please let me know if any changes are required to merge and I'll update.
