pidgin-guiops.dll v0.5RC1 + pidgin 2.7.9 on win32 is smaller as 0.4? #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make -f Makefile.mingw
2. copy pidgin-guiops.dll in plugin directory
3. start pidgin and use the plugin

i think works but why is the new file very small (under 100kb and your 0.4 dll 
is ~440kb) ?

I attach the 0.5RC1 dll for win32 pidgin 2.7.9

I'm not sure why the 0.4 dll is that big. Honestly, it's been such a long time 
ago, that I don't remember in which environment (cygwin or cross compiling in 
Linux) I compiled the 0.4 dll.
