Update gnu.org URLs to https scheme #30

Thanks for the PR. I notice that while you did fix all the URLs in the generated bootstrap script, many http://gnu.org references remain in the other sources from build-aux... which I think would undo some of the updates in bootstrap itself when next regenerated.

I believe I've fixed all URLs in the repo now.
