So essentially a whitelist of processes you don't care about? It could be done relatively easily but I'm at the point where I'm actively trying to stop adding options unless there is a strong need for it. The reason being is that every option that gets added is just one more complexity to deal with when adding features, etc.
I'm willing to leave this open for a few weeks, let's see if others are strongly interested in this feature. How about it folks, opinions?
I like the idea, I almost filed it for gnome-terminal too :) It would probably be low prio for us too, I wouldn't rush to quickly implement it, and I wouldn't use it myself. :-D
(Update: I almost filed it for gnome-terminal after seeing this feature idea here. It didn't occur to me on my own.)
I often start
htop
and then quit the Tilix window. Everytime, I get asked if I really want to close it due to a running process. While this is nice in general (and I know that I can deactivate this), it would be way cooler, if Tilix could remember this for specific commands. So for example I want to never get asked again while runninghtop
– but I want to get a confirmation when some other process is still running. What do you think?
