Tilix does not launch anymore #1936

when i try to launch tilix this is what i get within the default terminal

$ tilix
object.Exception@generated/gtkd/gtkd/Loader.d(125): Library load failed (libgdk-3.so.0): /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libharfbuzz.so.0: undefined symbol: FT_Get_Var_Blend_Coordinates
Illegal instruction

current system:

OS: Ubuntu 18.04 bionic Kernel: x86_64 Linux 5.3.0-62-generic DE: Budgie WM: BudgieWM WM Theme: Pocillo GTK Theme: Pocillo [GTK2/3] Icon Theme: Pocillo Font: Ubuntu 11

I'm sure you've solved this by now, but this is not a tilix issue. Looks like something wrong with your system.
