Create session by script #2097

I try to create a bash script that open a tilix with a custome pattern and pre type somme command ... i see the doc i can spilt the terminal in with a command but how can i change the focused terminal ?

My goal: image ( if all 4 bottom can execute when docker is up is perfect but the i whant to keep the log in docker compose so he never release... but i can add a delay like 5 sec ...)
