Removes a duplicate glib2 from $PACKAGES

This was not accidentally added. https://github.com/gnunn1/tilix/commit/877ace6cab629edd22a3e9dd6e37e36c2cebfe6b Without this duplicated one and a system does not have gettext, install.sh shows the following confusing message:

Your system is missing command msgfmt, please install desktop-file-utils
