F33 will be EOL in a month; F35 released by then

mbr0wn commented 3 years ago

@marcusmueller FYI, you need to amend the CI files, too (see updated PR).

mbr0wn commented 3 years ago

@marcusmueller The F35 build failed, but I think this was not necessarily an issue with the Dockerfile. Running again to make sure.

mbr0wn commented 3 years ago

@marcusmueller did you test this and have some sneaky local hacks? This seems to be a known Docker issue.

marcusmueller commented 3 years ago

Huh, the magic ingredient then seems to be not using docker; I just use podman (which is basically fully CLI/Dockerfile compatible), and for commercial reasons gets a lot of IBM attention, so that might be why it just works for IBM OS err fedora :)

marcusmueller commented 3 years ago

by the way, I can't access any of the failing builds, as much as I'd like to advise!

mbr0wn commented 3 years ago

You mean you can't read the logs? That's annoying.

Good to know that podman and Docker behave differently. Looks like this hack makes F35 work, though.

Just fyi: No logs here; none of the failures are clickable, and the "n hours before" just lead to an anchor on this page :(

@marcusmueller under "view details", or if you click the "Action" tab at the top?
