libcomedi0 no longer used #9

@duggabe found this whilst working through https://wiki.gnuradio.org/index.php/UbuntuInstall#Notes

Since libcomedi quite possibly won't be around forever, this unneeded dependency kind of constitutes a bug.

Also I was checking the items in https://wiki.gnuradio.org/index.php/UbuntuInstall#Focal_Fossa_.2820.04.29 and question the need for libqt5opengl5-dev
