GRC: Get community input about what GRC functionality should be implemented in GRC 4 #5098

(There's probably a better issue title for this. Please rename this if you can.)

GRC 4 will be built on Qt. In order to give developers a better understanding of what GRC functionality should be implemented in what order we want to ask the community.

Background

Implementing GRC in Qt means functionality needs to be newly implemented/reimplemented. There is a lot of functionality to be created. It would be helpful to get input from the community. Users will probably have priorities or preferences - functionality they'd like to see implemented first.

Research method

We'll make a list of the current functionality possible in GRC. There is a high chance we might miss out on some functionality (if so, please add it below. Remember! This is about current, not new functionality).

We'll then create a survey, and ask people to choose (maybe put a maximum? Like 30-40? Just a thought.). Based on the number of votes each gets, this will give the developers some guide on what users see as important.

What to do

@dkozel @haakov I'd appreciate if you'd review the list of current GRC functionality I've put together. Does it make sense? Is there anything missing from it? @haakov of the functionality listed there - which have already been implemented in GRC 4? Can you add some indictation to each line?

I've got some other questions:
