Use the changes made to the bokehgui calls from GRC top_blocks in the latest 3.9.5 and 3.10 GNU Radio releases.

I've tested it on public repos for both 3.9.5 and 3.10 on ubuntu 20.04 (Dockerised). I did not encounter errors.
