Use Test::Requires::Git #32

Don't bother running command/tests related to git-check-mailmap if the user's version of git doesn't support it (lower than v1.8.5.3).

Thanks @MCRayRay. I didn't know about Test::Requires::Git. It seems a good idea to use it in our of my tests, but I guess pull request #35 would be a better place to make this change.

I'll integrate this one.
