Is this bug present in upstream Merlin releases too? yes

Describe the bug VPN director will not redirect any traffic other than through vpn. it wont redirect specific traffic through LAN or even another VPN. only one VPN can be used and only redirect all traffic works.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: just try and make one vpn tunnel. and use policy rules and try and send one IP to WAN. it wont work

Expected behavior well traffic that is chosen to go to wan should
