When I updated to Merlin firmware VPN FUSION was changed.

Is it possible to leave ASUS VPN FUSION VPN the the as asus and don't change the VPN setup process. ASUS VPN Fusion I find is user friendly for noobs like me.

I had to reflash asus firmware because I couldn't get the VPN working on Merlin firmware. If it is easy to do I may have missed something I haven't done before.

This is ASUS FUSION, it's so easy to setup the VPN but Merlin changed this on the dsl-AX82U firmware to something different that I can't work out, any help would be great

VPN Fusion is not supported in Merlin. Merlin VPN Director is not supported by the Asus Mobile app. You must import the ovpn file in director to get it working in Merlin. Better if you factory reset the router after moving from stock to Merlin.

Fusion won't be supported sicne it won't allow us to have enough flexibility as director does.
