Remove `render.pretty` config in-favor of REST client editor tool and browser support #165

Idea is to remove render.pretty config. Since now a days all REST client editor tool and browser supports JSON and XML pretty formatting. So It doesn't add much value from framework prespective.

Note: It does not affect Server Dump Log file.
