Change messaging when shared (Phase 1) #308

  1. We want to associate metadata such as image, description with this link so that it looks more appealing when shared over social media platforms that support rich objects
  2. In phase 1 - we will keep the image and description static
  3. In phase 2 - based on who is sharing and from which part of the user journey, the image and text could be generated on the fly (Separate ticket will be created for phase 2 task)
