Add links to social accounts #23443

Feature Description

GitHub recently added support for specifying "social accounts" for services like Mastodon or other social media.

Underneath I think they are just 4 more links to websites with detection of the site and changing the icon but I think just adding more fields for "websites" would already be nice.

Additionally these websites could be returned via REST API for services that allow cross-verification of social profiles such as Keyoxide.

Are you suggesting a Github like approach, or additional boxes added to the current Gitea UI?

The title only says mastodon, but it does mention other more general links.

I think the GitHub approach works fine, and it does look like just additional boxes. The header "social accounts" may be not fully accurate but good enough for a start. It's just links to pages that "belong to us".
