[Feature Request] API - Create /admin/auths endpoints #26417

Feature Description

I think it would be better to be able to configure authentication sources with API because I would like to fully automate deployment of Gitea in my server.

GET /admin/auths
POST /admin/auths/
GET /admin/auths/{id}
DELETE /admin/auths/{id}
PATCH /admin/auths/{id}

Alternatively I could add authentication sources to database directly.
