Pin project on projects #26574

Feature Description

For a few project we're working on, we're using quite a few project boards.

Right now, we have to go to > Projects -> Choose project to see the board.

I would be awesome if a board could be marked as "default" - and if a board is marked, it's attached to the menu, right between "Projects" and "Releases"

I think we can add pinned projects on the top of projects page.
